  • How can I check the status of my order

    You can contact customer service and they will be happy to locate your order. They will be able to update you on where your item is in the process as well as an expected ship time

  • What is your standard shipping time?
    • Standard shipping time: 2 to 4 weeks.

    • Personalized items: 4 weeks.

    • Doodle Deals: 1 week.

  • How much is shipping and handling?

    Shipping and handling is always FREE!

  • When are your sales posted?

    We post sales 4 times a day Monday through Saturday:

    The above times reflect our exact sale times on Monday through Thursday. Please note the following exceptions for the rest of the week:

    Wednesdays: We sell all day! We have 8 sales times, with lots of great deals on clearance, irregular and second-quality items!
    Fridays: No 11am sale.
    Saturdays: We sell at 11am, 2pm, 9pm and occasionally at other times throughout the day.
    Sundays: We do not sell on Sundays!

    We also have pop-up sales a few times a week at unannounced times.

  • What is your return policy?

    All sales are final - no refunds or returns. However, if you believe merchandise is defective, please send a message to Lolly's Heroes using the Contact Us form. Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn to file a defective claim. If you receive defective merchandise or we make a mistake, then we will happily correct it for you. We strive to ship out top-quality, accurate orders although mistakes do slip by on occasion. We will gladly provide you with a printable shipping label to cover the cost of your return

  • I commented/ordered an item, Why didn't I receive an invoice?

    Due to high-demand and limited quantities, your order might be waitlisted for Wonderwall orders or not invoiced for Facebook comments. You can visit the "Due Now" section in My Orders approximately 2 hours after ordering/commenting to see if you were invoiced.

  • How do I know if I was invoiced or not?

    Depending on availability, you may be instantly invoiced upon ordering and will see a "Pay Now" button that will direct you straight to the payment page. If you are not instantly invoiced, you will receive your invoice via email within 2 hours of posting. You can also visit the "Due Now" section in My Orders approximately 2 hours after ordering/commenting to see if you were invoiced.

  • Will you explain combination sizes?

    Our Cotton/Knit Dresses, Girls Shirt's and Boy's Shirts are combination sizes. Sizes available are 12/18m, 18/24m, 2/3, 4/5, 6/7, 8/9, 10, 12. The tag may have the combination size or the smaller size on it. If you order an item with combination sizes, the shirt size is matched to the bottom size ordered UNLESS you order a larger size. These items run true to size but must be washed in cold water and hung to dry. Note: these items WILL shrink in the dryer, so you may want to order up a size if you are prone to drying all your garments!

  • How do I pay?

    You can save all your payment preferences & credit or debit card information by logging into Facebook during checkout. You are not required to save card info. We also accept payment through Paypal.

  • Should I post questions on the LWD Facebook wall?

    Customer service does not actively watch the Facebook wall so we always encourage you to contact us directly for assistance via the Contact Us form. However, if you have questions that are specific to the item for sale, we will try to answer any quick questions you have about that item.
